Nicole Richie Prepares For Jail Time
 In an article posted by the Associated Press, Nicole Richie was charged today with a misdemeanor DUI following the December 11, 2006, traffic stop in which she was found driving the wrong way down the 134 freeway in Burbank, CA. Richie later admitted to taking Viocodin and smoking pot. She later told some friends that the Vicodin was to help ease menstrual cramps, but are we supposed to believe that ANY store in the US was missing a Midol shipment? That is just 1 item that every store has to carry in order to protect the well being of cashiers and all those around PMS'ing women!
Under California law, Nicole Richie is now facing mandatory jail time that could land her in jail for 90 days to 1 year. On February 21st, Nicole Richie will step forth into an LA courtroom for her arraignment. It looks like her 2003 guilty plea to possession of heroin isn't helping this case 1 bit. On the bright side, networks are scurrying to pick up a new reality show that'll feature Nicole Richie getting her salad tossed in a jail cell by her cellmate!

Nicole Richie Arrested For Riding Dirty
 What kind of chick are you when you're an 81 lb. anorexic attention whore that gets a new rock star boyfriend, loathes her friends when they get more press than her, and drives down the wrong side of the freeway after smoking weed and popping Vicoden? Well I don't know what kind of chick you are, but I do know that the woman who embodies all of the above is Nicole Richie!
On 4:50 AM on Monday morning, a motorist noticed Nicole's SUV on the 134 Freeway in Burbank going the wrong way. Apparently, Nicole didn't notice oncoming headlights or notice the honking horns due to the fact that her brain is made of cocoa puffs. When the CHP got to the scene, Richie was in the car pool lane gabbing on her cellphone like a teen at a slumber party. The copper didn't have to probe too much, as Nicole admitted that she had just smoked a doobie after popping a Vicodin. Thankfully, the breathalyzer didn't find any traces of alcohol on her breath...Who knows which way she would have driven had she mixed the 3!
Nicole Richie is no stranger to drug busts. Back in 03, she was nabbed with heroin in her possession. Due to the fact that she's Paris Hilton's lesbian lover, the charges were dismissed after her probation terms were met. Nicole Richie has hired Howard Weitzman to represent her, and we can bet that she'll be off with a slap on the wrist once again. Hopefully they don't slap too hard though: There's not a lot of skin covering those bones, and those bones don't look all that sturdy!
Congrats Nicole! You've won our attention for the day! If history repeats itself, we can all expect Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears to do something outrageous by tomorrow afternoon.

Did Nicole Richie Gastric Bypass Surgery?
 Aside from the sale of the PS3 and the idiots who have camped out at stores across the country since 9pm on Wednesday night (and I'm sure I'm talking about most of you), there seems to be very little going on right now in the entertainment world...Unless you count the accusations flying around that Nicole Richie had gastric bypass surgery, and then another surgery to remove the bypass.
Sure it was a blind hint dropped on Page 6 that went something like this: "WHICH young Hollywood starlet had secret gastric bypass surgery, but then lost too much weight?", but what kind of "starlet" gets a smaller stomach implanted to begin with? We all know starlett's aren't fat, and while there are many skinny celebrity ladies out there, I and many others only know of 1 that has almost disappeared...literally. Her name is Nicole Richie!This on-again off-again BFF of Paris Hilton has gone from sexy with curves to frail and fragile within a 1 year period, and maybe she's finally snapped herself into reality to realize that's she's no longer sexy and that she could break while walking at any second! So is it true that Nicole Richie went under the knife? I guess we'll never know, but we can only hope that she begins to put some weight back on soon. If she gets any skinnier, my pecker will shoot out of her other end the next time we bone! If she did go under the knife, she must be asking herself why she didn't just stick to the Crystal Meth/Crack shakes that she and Lindsay Lohan were pounding together!
